ESPACE is a multi-purpose events venue conveniently nestled in the very heart of Central – with expansive views over Exchange Square and IFC, this generous 4000ft² private, customizable indoor space is a true rarity in Hong Kong.

With a prime location in Central, ESPACE is conveniently located at Connaught Road Central, right next to Central MTR Exit A, and only minutes away from the city's premier business buildings and best-loved shopping malls like The Landmark, Exchange Square & IFC.

ESPACE features a Main Events Hall, a Library Lounge, as well as a Private Room (Privato). With an urban chic contemporary design, the multi-purpose ESPACE caters to flexible event and exhibition design, with state-of-the-art amenities to complement.

• Main Events Hall – 2000ft² and served by a spacious reception area of 500ft², with a comprehensive range of AV amenities and flexible room partitions
• Library Lounge – 250ft², features a wall of books all flooded with natural light as well as coffee bar amenities
• Private Room (Privato) – 550ft², an exclusive membership only space, that serves as a cigar room, offering a luxurious gentlemen's haven

All three spaces are available for private rental, providing an integrated event haven for pre and post-function enjoyment, be it a private seated cocktail area or a wind-down cigar puff.

THE STAGE
Designed to hold up to 110 guests, the Stage is an impressive setting for showcases, media events, awards ceremonies, product launches, celebrations, social and business receptions.

THE GARDEN
Designed to hold up to 60 guests, the Garden derives its name from the vertical garden designed by Patrick Blanc and is a truly unique venue that is ideal for tastings, showcases and media round table events.

Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. Featuring modern British cuisine on the second floor ‘Kitchen’ and handcrafted cocktails and artisanal spirits on the first floor ‘Botanicals’ bar. 

With a permanent art collection curated by well-known Hong Kong artist ‘anothermountainman’ (Stanley Wong) featuring some of Hong Kong’s top contemporary artists, The Pawn has become more than just a dining space. usagi Hong Kong is a multi-purpose gallery space that is about 1000+sqf. with 2 floors, located in a prime art area Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. The space can accommodate approximately 60 pax. The white and minimal decor is suitable for various business use such as brand / product launch, press day, show room, exhibition etc. We provide options of one floor or both floors rental. Rental fee is negotiable upon request.
