Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. Featuring modern British cuisine on the second floor ‘Kitchen’ and handcrafted cocktails and artisanal spirits on the first floor ‘Botanicals’ bar. 

With a permanent art collection curated by well-known Hong Kong artist ‘anothermountainman’ (Stanley Wong) featuring some of Hong Kong’s top contemporary artists, The Pawn has become more than just a dining space. It is a communal social venue for an eclectic mix of groups and sub-cultures, celebrating retro-futurism, arts & design, through casual-chic, al fresco and relaxed dining.

Few restaurants in Wan Chai can offer panoramic views of our fair city, and fewer yet from a stunning open air roof terrace. Located on the 31st floor and rooftop of The Hennessy, Wooloomooloo Steakhouse (Wan Chai) is a gem for the fan of great steak, vibrant nightlife and of course, a metropolitan view to die for. The new 4000ft² rustic industrial chic gastrobar features a 31 feet long mixology glass and cast iron liquor library, long wooden communal tables, Funktion One sound system, and an outdoor terrace decorated with reclaimed ship wood.

The Executive Centre's Peak Boardroom is located at Two Exchange Square in Central. It is superbly decorated with a first class reception area and fully equipped with the latest presentation aids, audio-visual facilities, video-conferencing and internet. Dynasty, the award-wining Chinese restaurant has returned after its magical makeover, offering an intriguing Chinese heritage design with a twist. Apart from the time-honored recipes including the signature Barbecued Pork, the chefs has launched a series of new chef's recommendations for more delightful dining adventures. The 8 elegant private rooms are ideal for private luncheon and dinner gatherings. Private room Xiguan, Liwan & Dongshan can be combined to accommodate up to 72 guests with magnificent harbour view.
