Va Bene presents a light aesthetic that opens up the space and evokes true Italian style. It adapts a minimalist interior design style without extra decoration. Hidden in an industrial complex situated on Hong Kong’s Victoria harbourfront, this speakeasy dining room unfolds Chef Myers’ own gastronomic West-meet-East adventures through a duo of 4-course and 6-course French Asian tasting menus. Not-to-be-missed are pop-up local artist exhibitions and contemporary music gigs that grace the chillout lounge and hallways.

The Fat Pig is a creative nose-to-tail pork concept where dishes are categorized by cooking method, are served as and when ready and are made for sharing encouraging you to try different cuts. Featuring both the traditional carvings like piglet belly and ribs as well as the more adventurous parts like ears, trotter and pig's tail...because we leave no parts behinds.

Another “destination” Classified location, Stanley offers both relaxation and the ambiance of a small village by the water. This being our largest Classified, it’s a very popular spot for kids and family parties (e.g. Kids’ birthday party) and offers a full day out being near Murray House and Tin Hau Temple.

The entire venue can accommodate 70 people sit down and 100 people stand up. A semi-private area within the restaurant can be provided for intimate events, accommodating 20 – 30 people.
