Gaylord's kitchen is headed by Chef Roman Singh, aka The Curry Expert, and has over 20 years' of culinary experience rooted in Delhi. Chef Roman believes in traditional cooking styles with contemporary presentations and his mantra for the perfect dish is finding the right balance spices and fresh herbs. Gaylord's menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.

Townhouse aims to highlight the city feeling. Designer made a perfect marriage, a mix-and-match of the surroundings to the interior design. The restaurant is intended to be obscured as a darkened cinema, leaving all the attention to the twinkling lights of Hong Kong. Townhouse showcases the perfect marriage of Asian food and Western cooking method satisfying everyone’s taste bud and intends providing different innovative delicacies to pleasantly surprise all the epicures in town. Townhouse equally accentuates crafting drinks, especially cocktails, ice tea series & mocktails.

The Secret Gallery is an exclusive yet inviting private areas that opens in the prime locations between Causeway Bay and Wan Chai. The well-decorated rooms provide the go-to place for guests to relax and enjoy after-work cocktails, host late night intimate gatherings or even private parties. 

BRICK LANE TST is conveniently located in Hong Kong's commercial and entertainment hub Tsim Sha Tsui, at the crossing of two quiet bystreets with head to toe glass walls that gives it a different intimate vibe to the usual TST buzz. The floor, a combination of marble and dark wood coupled with the reflective mirrors on the earthy brick wall and cozy leather black couches, creates a contemporary and trendy ambience.
