CRAFTSTEAK, OPEN FIRE COOKING – created for comfort, Craftsteak provides a memorable fine dining experience. A feature of the restaurant is the open fire cooking on the custom made charcoal fired grill which creates wonderful hints of smoke flavor to the sizzling grills. Classic starters, the freshest cuts of steaks from Australia, USA and Canada as well as poultry, seafood and vegetables, all presented with a selection of individual sauces, are there to enjoy in an atmosphere created for comfort. Star Seafood Floating Restaurant is located in Shatin and is the only Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong which is built with granite taking on the shape of a berthing ship. The restaurant has two floors, the spacious venue can accommodate up to 120 wedding banquets. Diners can enjoy a variety of dishes with exotic and stunning views of Shing Mun River.

Being the latest addition to the Beerliner chain, this new branch in Kwai Fong's hip mall Metroplaza boasts a unique ambience with an eclectic mix of contemporary décor and Old World design elements featuring beautiful chandeliers and striking arched doorways. Designed by award-winning interior designer Danny Cheng, the restaurant has an open kitchen and a small bar that is reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany. Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting. Beerliner offers a taste of Germany featuring appetizers, salads, mains and desserts. On the other hand, the fully-stocked bar features an impressive list of German bottled beer varieties like Keiler, Kindl Weisse and Schneideer Weisse. German wines and flavored schnapps are also available.

FINDS’ charmed Nordic spirit carries on to its four function rooms suitable for private dining or small-scale celebrations.“Nordic Express” resembles a surreally-designed European train carriage with a large clock on one wall running backwards. “Nordic Winter” exudes elegant atmosphere of luxury and snowy winter romance featuring bright silver seats, white curtains on both sides and frosted glass mirror wall. “Nordic Summer” leaves guests feeling as if they stepped into the Nordic garden in midsummer. The framing of the main section of this room is laden with a peacock feather curtain and flower-lined walls and ceiling. “Hell” is designed in dark and sensual tone, incorporating the use of deep, smooth reds and blacks, irregularly placed long mirrors and human-sized candles. With exclusive views of the open kitchen, it offers the luxury experience of chef’s table where guests will be able to appreciate culinary artists making their masterpieces.

Table is a boutique restaurant that specialize in fresh seafood and other fine ingredient. It is the only restaurant in HK with its resident marine biologist, it “depurates” lives seafood such as oysters, lobsters, crabs purging them of accumulated metabolic wastes during transit and “reclocking” them back to out-of- ocean condition.

Table is a pioneer in the concept of ingredient based cuisine. Not restricting by traditional geographical cuisine, culinary team has the free hand to decide the best preparation method that suits a particular ingredient. Food preparation style range from French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, etc.

Located on the 4th floor of the hotel, connected to Prompt Restaurant and next to Podium, the Poolside sets amidst the luxuriant backdrop of emerald greenery, overlooking the romantic sunset views and South China Sea.
